My name is Ilona. I am a big believer in self growth, progressive learning and spiritual awareness.
While I was studying at University in Lithuania I started looking for different learning possibilities that could give me more physical and mental strength as well as spiritual growth. Soon I developed a passion for psychology and self development books. This is how I discovered about the power of yoga, breathing techniques and meditation. After my graduation I decided to move to London where I could expand my knowledge and practice.
I have been living in London since 2011, where I started practicing Iyengar yoga.
In 2013, I completed my yoga teaching training course in India which was based on Hatha and Ashtanga yoga styles.
In 2016 received Raw Food Nutritionist Diploma and in 2017 completed Yoga Therapy Course. Triyoga, London.
Since 2013 I have been actively teaching yoga in both the Lithuanian and English languages, to students of different ages.
As soon as I placed my foot on the yoga mat and performed my first pose, my devotion grew for yoga.
My classes draw on traditional teachings along with a love of practicing and teaching yoga. The lessons include dynamic and static yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation.
My greatest joy in teaching is helping people and noticing their positive changes. Yoga to me has been both rewarding and life changing.
